About the Author

Sue Shoemaker lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her four girls and her fiance. They have two dogs, a pit bull, named Scooby and Ava, a boxer mix. As a family they enjoy camping, tubing, cooking out and visiting extended family.

She has had a fear of writing her whole life and without the kind and gentle push of two very special professors she never would have put pen to paper. Her first published pieces appeared online and in print in 2007. Eventually, she would like to see her work on the shelves of a library. Another goal she has is to graduate from college, again eventually.
